Double room in gated complex in Barnet

I have a beautiful good sized double room available in a modern flat on the Whetstone/ East Barnet border. The room has a double bed and two double wardrobes with drawers, with space for additional furniture if you have it. The room overlooks the communal garden and fountains.

The flat is a bright and airy 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat with communal lounge/ kitchen area. You will have sole use of the main bathroom. The flat has a south facing balcony looking out onto well maintained communal gardens, in a gated development. There is a gym within the complex that is free for residents to use. You will also have access to an allocated parking space in an underground secure car park.

I am a 25 year old teacher working in the Barnet area. I tend to be fairly busy during the week with work but I am also up for dinner and glass of wine. I am looking for a professional person to move into the flat, who is clean, tidy and respectful. I smoke but only outside so smoking is ok as long as it is outside on the balcony and not in the flat.

The flat is located on Russell Lane (Whetstone) in between Totteridge & Whetstone station (northern line) and Arnos Grove (Piccadilly line). Also very close to Oakleigh Park overground with direct links into the city. There are also multiple bus stops outside the complex with connections to a variety of locations.

The rent is £620 per calendar month and bills are £120 per calendar month. Deposit is one months rent (£620) to be payable upfront.

I am looking to fill the room from the 1st March.
