Double room for single occupancy.

Hello. The room is a lovely double room for just one person.
Its a tidy and naturally bright room, cool in the summer and warm in the winter .A pine Double bed with built in wardrobe and plenty of storage and sockets. I have good Wifi in the house.
There is a bathroom with decent shower and bath upstairs and a WC downstairs. A comfy living room modern kitchen and gorgeous garden is there to use if you wish..
The house is safe clean and tidy and even smells ok! its in good repair and i love living here.
There is free off street parking .
Walking distance of about 10 minutes to Barnet hospital(several bus routes leave from here)15/20 minute walk to High Barnet tube .
A1/M25 and other major routes in and out of London easily accessible from house.
Lodging with me??!!
I live with my pets, 3 near perfect dogs (not big dogs) and 4 cats. (its essential that you like animals and understand the daft things they sometimes do!!)
The house is in a quiet cul de sac backing onto green belt land, great walks or runs on your door step. Barnet high street is a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk, usual shops banks and coffee shops there. Some lovely pubs /restaurants near by . Getting into London is also easy.
Its a nice place to live.
I'm generally a nice person but not a push over, good sense of humour and enjoy the peace and quiet of where I live. I am hoping someone with similar qualities would share my house with me and the gang.
I work for the emergency services and do shift work, so i understand crazy work rotas.. I would consider any alternative work pattern for the lodger if required.
