I'm looking for a lodger starting from the end of August
The large double room is fully furnished and all bills are included (gas, electricity, water, internet, fortnightly cleaner). Council tax is £64.38 per month. There is a big kitchen/ diner, separate living room and a study for if you ever work from home. Its also got private parking which is a bit of a godsend in Berkhamsted town centre!
It's very close to the train station (30 minutes to Euston, via Hemel, Watford and Harrow) and also a short drive to Tring, Watford, Hemel, Amersham etc.
Sharing with one other very easy going guy who travels a fair bit and is very friendly and tidy.
Professionals only please, and I will need references and a nonth's rent as a deposit.
