There is a fast train line from Elstree station to West Hampstead, Kings Cross, Farringdon, and Blackfriars so you can be in central London in less than 40 minutes.
There is off-street parking available and the A1 and M1 are both within a couple of minutes drive. (Stanmore, Barnet, Enfield, Mill Hill, Shenley, Hatfield and Radlett are less than 20 minutes away.).
Housemate interests include hiking, racquet sports, yoga, keeping fit, nutrition, cinema etc.
The place would be suited to a non-smoking easy-going friendly professional, who would be up for socialising now and again (sorry – no couples). An interest in nutrition or alternative health would be a bonus.
