hi! we would like to offer you a flatshere with a full time working couple( both managers in restaurants) in very nice, clean and refurbished flat on second floor with acces to it's own garden. we are the only people in the flat and we are looking for one professional female who is clean and tidy as we are. there is everything in the room to move in straight 9, desk, fitted wardrobe with mirror door, double bed, chair and small drawer cupboard)and the same in the flat- is fully furnished and equipped.
we live 15 min walking distance from town center. there is bus stop in front of our house buses 107 and 292. we have sky internet in avaliable in whole flat. if you would like to have tv channels in your room is extra 10 £.we have very nice garden during summer (seperated not community one)
there isa small storage downstairs if you have bike and parking space avaliable for a car.
we can not accept any pets cos of our two bunnies we keep on balcony. we are a quite couple usually watching movies with glass of beer. we are smoking but we dont like our flat to smell of cigaretts so we almost do not smoke inside. if you would like to know more do not hesitate to ask.
