Good sized double room available, close to shops, supermarket (large 24 hour Tesco), virgin active gym, cinema, and train station.
There is a fast train line from Elstree station to West Hampstead, Kings Cross, Farringdon and Blackfriars. Therefore you can be in central London in less than half an hour (plus an extra 10 minutes if you walk to the station).
There is ample permit-only parking in street available and the A1 and M1 are both within a couple of minutes drive.
The room would be suited to a non-smoking easy-going friendly professional, who would be up for socialising now and again.
The house has two bedrooms, a large lounge (with full size dinner table) and separate kitchen with washing machine/dryer with shared bathroom (shared with one person). There is a spacious garden.
Housemate interests include eating out, sports, movies and exploring London. I work in central London and therefore I am out most of the day.
