The house is modern, very clean and bright. It has a large kitchen, a communal dining room which opens on to the patio and a small garden.

The bright, Large, comfortable double has loads of built in cupboard space and the bathrooms are modern and very clean.

We have washing facilities and a separate drying/ironing/utility room and also drying facilities in the garden.

There is unrestricted parking, the 107 bus stop is one mins walk - 5 mins to Tesco and the high street and 10 mins to the Elstree & Borehamwood station. 5 mins walk to Morrison's. There is a lockable bicycle shed in the garden.

Your rent includes all bills, such as fast internet access, TV licence, gas, electricity, water rates, council tax, etc.
