The flat is close to local shops and a convenient 10 minute walk from the train station with frequent fast trains running into central London roughly every 15 minutes. The Elstree film studios are only 15 minutes walk and the Leavesden studios are 15 minutes by car.

The room overlooks the communal gardens at the back of the flat. There is a shared kitchen and bathroom. There is an open plan living area, with a dining table and patio doors which open up onto the communal gardens.

I do work remotely so would be good to have someone who predominantly works outside the home. Also someone who is comfortable around dogs.
