Hello I currently own this house and live with my partner, brother and a mon-fri tenant! It's a bright, clean and tidy house. We all work very hard during the week but I really do like entertaining with dinner parties on the weekends so I only want a Monday to Friday tenant. Ideally a professional male.
The house has a great kitchen! I have also extended the kitchen so you will have your own mini kitchenette. We have a small cat who is very clean and friendly. There is plenty of parking and we are about 15-20 min walk to the station. It's a lovely safe cul de sac.
The room is a Single box room . It has storage. The room is £360 and I would require One months deposit. please contact me for further info.
