Furnished room with king-size bed and use of own bathroom available in large flat, sharing with one other person. All bills included (gas, electric, water, council tax, broadband)

Its a large and bright bedroom which has a double wardrobe, chest of drawers and underbed storage. There is also a storage room in the hallway.

The flat is a 5 min walk to the station and about 7 mins to the high street, on a quiet residential road. A private underground parking space is also available for you.

There is use of a big shared lounge with a juliet balcony, big comfortable sofas and enough space to easily have friends round. There is a dining area which leads onto the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine/dryer.

I’m looking for a friendly easy going, tidy, like minded professional person, who wants somewhere they think of as home.

I go out a few nights a week normally and when I am in love to cook and chill out on the sofa or have a chat.
