Pretty country cottage overlooking fields and other cottages but only 6 minutes from M1 & M25, 12 minutes from Radlett station and 12 minutes from Leavesden studios. Located mid way between St Albans and Watford. Friendly landlord (hairdresser/garden designer) sharing the house with another lodger.
the room is located in a converted stable and has an adjoining shower room with a lovely view over countryside. Only careful, non smoking clean and tidy people may apply!!!

All bills included except electricity. This is metered in the stable but I pay the first £40

You would probably require transport as the property is one mile down a country lane although Garston station (leading to Watford junction/St Albans Abbey is only a 7 minute walk away. A deposit of £350 will be required.

Normally the house kitchen would be available to lodger’s but due to Covid there will be limited cooking facilities in the stable. Ie one cooking ring, microwave and kettle plus small fridge. I am more than happy to pop items in my oven if required. Unfortunately the main house will be out of bounds until a massive reduction in Covid.
