Furnished Double Sized Room in shared house

Hi.. Included with the room is

One single bed
Wardrobe
Computer desk
L shape sofa
32" TV

It is decorated to a good standard and is lockable.

You'll be sharing with myself and my friend, both of which have been sharing for over a year. We are both in full time work in the music/entertainment industry. We both smoke but generally like to relegate that to our rooms only.

The house has one bathroom and you would have full access to the kitchen facilities which includes microwave, cooker, fridge/freezer and recently bought washing machine.

WiFi included with good coverage throughout the house.

There is nice sized garden, with decked patio and lawn.

The property is in a Cul De Sac with easy free parking.

Gas and Electric are key metered and we each put £30 over both per month.

We would like male preferred, in full time employment, considerate in regards to others and importantly, clean and tidy and prepared to help with chores.

I am quite a music lover and do like to listen to all kinds of stuff but only very occasionally, I'm considerate and have very good headphones!!

We both have girlfriends we occasionally visit so the house is rarely fully occupied.
