Double room to let 30 mins from london

Furnished double room available from the 5th April in a Hertfordshire village. You would be living with a 33 year old single male professional. I am the owner but very relaxed and would expect you to treat the house a your own. I am not home that much over the weekends and work fairly long days.
Brookmans Park has great amenities; you do not need to leave the village for the weekly shop, and there is a great pub across the road, along with curry houses, chineses, and a fish and chip shop.
The village has a train station that goes direct to Old Street via Finsbury Park during the week days, and direct to Kings Cross via Finsbury Park at weekends and every evening. Train takes 23 minutes to Finsbury Park.
The rent is £500 per month with a small deposit required initially. I am a very trusting person! I am happy to charge less for the room and go half on the bills. I am flexible to find the right flatmate.
I have a cleaner every other week.
There is internet available for use, and sky TV.
Have had a couple live with me and although a single person preferred, would consider living with a couple again.
