I am a professional female living in a clean, modern 2 bedroom new build flat on the second floor. I am very easy going and laid back. I am looking to rent to someone who is sociable but also likes their own space. It would be good to share a glass of wine with a new flat mate and so a sense of humour is essential :) I am out quite a bit in the evenings and weekends and so will be out the way a bit.

The room will come with a double bed with underbed storage, a store room/cupboard converted into a wardrobe, a tall drawer unit, chest of drawers and a bed side cabinet. I can send you measurements on request. You will have share of a modern bathroom with bath and shower, modern kitchen and living room. The kitchen contains a dishwasher and washer.

Broadband will be available throughout the whole flat and I have Netflix.

Any requirements will be considered.

I have a long haired Chihuahua who is lovely and not yappy. So you must like little dogs. Small dogs may be considered

* Just a 10 minute walking distance from a large Tesco store and Brookfield retail park.
* Next to Herts Regional College.
* 2 miles to Cheshunt Station & Broxbourne Station (20 minutes into London Liverpool Street and Tube links).
* There are regular buses running that go to Potters Bar, Hertford, Harlow, Waltham Cross and Cheshunt.
* Near to M25
