Large single room (2700 wide x 2320mm deep) in a 3 bed house at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the friendly village of Chipperfield. Would suit single, professional person.

A bright sunny, furnished room, recently decorated (see photos). Shared use of lounge/dining room, conservatory, kitchen & bathroom, 2nd toilet, garden, wireless broadband, Sky TV, washing machine, etc. I also have a garage if you wish to store an item, ie bicycle. Smoking is only allowed in the conservatory and garden, not the house.

We are close to local shops/pubs/clubs and the surrounding countryside. The village is 2 miles from Kings Langley. Easy access to Hemel Hempstead, Watford and M25/A41/M1. Trains to London from Kings Langley. Advisable to have your own transport as the buses are few and far between.

As for me. I am 61, but very young at heart, fit and active; I am easy going with a good sense of humour. I have an 8 year old Maltese Terrier who is well behaved and loves lots of attention. My other lodger is 35 years old who has been here for over a year.

Looking for someone that can treat it like a home and with respect.
