30 mins train journey into London Euston Station or 45 mins on the Metropolitan Line or drive which is 30/40 mins drive to London.

Lovely detached house in a rural hamlet in SW Herts. Nearby surroundings of woods and fields provide extensive countryside walks. There is a large garden with beautiful views.

From the house, it is easy to get into London which is only about 30 mins by train from either Chorleywood (Chiltern to Marylebone or Metropolitan line to Baker St) or Kings Langley (Euston) stations which are both about 12 mins by car or 25mins by bicycle through lovely country lanes (in the case of Chorleywood.) The M25 can be reached in about ten minutes.

We seek to complete a friendly mixed gender with ethically minded people to compliment the existing like-minded household.

We are looking for people who are, good hearted and nature seekers also welcome. We are looking for caring, considerate and down-to-earth people who enjoy being around others and respect each others space too. We occasionally enjoy cooking and sharing the meal together and sitting around the open fires inside and outside. We want to create our own community team where we can self sustain by growing our own food, chickens-eggs, planting fruit trees and foraging naturally.

There is broadband to the house and each room has an outlet.

Local horse riding, tennis club and swimming pool within easy reach and friendly, local pubs with character on the doorstep.

We are looking for people who want to till the soil and are willing to get digging and join in with us on this new venture.
