Our home is situated in the village of Chorleywood, in the green belt just outside London. Local shops within walking distance with supermarket, lovely cafe's and restaurants, and country pubs with great food! There is access into Carpenters Woods within a 2 min walk.
I have a beautiful 4 bedroom house for you to come and lodge in, with me. It is spacious and comfortable, recently extended and renovated, with solid fuel fire and luxury kitchen and bathrooms, and our 2 cats! It is clean and homely and we have a good-sized garden and pool table in the summer house for your use.
My 20 and 17 yr old kids come back occasionally, so it will help if you adapt easily to change as its quite different when the house is full of teenagers!
My last lodger enjoyed cooking and we ate together sometimes, so I'd love for you to be up for that, but its equally ok if you want to keep yourself to yourself.
I'm looking for someone who is easy going, warm, open minded, responsible, and likes cats. If I am away, it would be great if you wouldn’t mind feeding the cats occasionally.

As well as your room, you would have use of the large kitchen, utility room - washing machine and drier, living room and pool table, and possibly spare desk in study.

Bills are included, except if you use the landline, phone calls are not.

A bit about me:

I am an open minded person, my interests are in health and well-being, I love the gym and healthy nutrition. I am an open minded person, I am self-employed, so am looking for someone who doesn't mind that I spend time in the evenings working from home.

Very occasionally I use the living room for evening and sometimes weekend tantra workshops, and like to host friends birthday parties occasionally, in which case I may need to ask you to visit friends (mostly because there could be nudity involved and I wouldn't want you to feel embarrassed!!).

There is some space left in the garage for storage, if you need to keep a bike in there, but not a lot else!
