We can offer short term lets from 1-3 months.
Shared bathroom, Shared kitchen, shared dining room use of washing machine, tumble drier for a small fee.
Room 1 has a double bed and a TV.
Room 2 has a double bed but no TV
Room 3 has a double bed but no TV
Off street parking
Amenities:
Pretty detached period cottage with large gardens and pond in a rural village – car essential.
Local pub within 5 minute walking distance
5 minutes from M11
20 minutes car journey to Cambridge
10 minutes car journey to Royston
10 minutes car journey to Saffron Walden

Owners:
Married couple aged 57yrs but very young at heart! Three “children” all off either travelling, working abroad or away from home for the next four years. They may all come home periodically.
Nic and Helen recently packed up work to travel the world!
We have just come back from 4 months in Europe wild camping in our 20 yr old campervan! We are currently deciding where to go next!
What we require:
Non smokers
Mutual respect for privacy and space

Keep own room and help to keep shared spaces clean and tidy – but we are not obsessive about housework.

Need to sort out own contents insurance.
Will need to do own cooking and washing (including bed linen)
Help with feeding parrot when owners not there would be welcome but not essential
Looking after the house if and when owners go away on holidays helpful but not essential.
