Location
The house is under 10 minutes walk from Cockfosters tube station. The area is very quiet and residential but still close by to shops. It takes just 5 mins to get to junction 24 of the M25. Trent Park is 10 minutes walk.

The house is occupied by the owners of the property - a married couple (Doctor and Project Manager).
