Single room, double bed fitted, available in Cockfosters / Banet. Two minutes walk from the Underground, we are quiet non smoking, no drugs professional household. Looking for employed and friendly person . Someone fairly quiet , clean and who knows how hard is to share and respect each others space, not a crazy party animal, but we all need to have fun. Both flatmates are professionals who are out a lot of the time.

It is a maisonette above shops at cockfosters high street. The Flat itself is very close to the station. The transport options are a bus or the picadilly line (30 mins to kings cross ) its zone 5 but very quiet and green suburbia and if you're into walks, there is trent park at our the door step. There are also bus services including the N91 straight from trafalgar square and its roughly 1 hr .
We are also very close to the juction 24 on the M25 if you drive and its free to park on the road.
Rent:
Room is avaliable . The rent is £400 per month with modest bills split between three. Plus there is deposit of £500 pounds. Room is available for 6 months but hopefully renewed. The other tenants have been there years now.
