Cute flat in North London

Hello!

My boyfriend and I rent this cute flat on a leafy green street just off Cockfosters high street. It is a three bedroom flat (one room we use as an office), so we are looking for a flatmate to help with the rent :-). The flat is only a 5 minute walk from Cockfosters tube, which is on the Piccadilly line. It takes less than 30 mins to get to Kings Cross.

The flat is a top floor flat (2nd floor) in a purpose built mansion style block of 6 flats. There are lovely communal gardens and free on street resident only parking. The room available is a good sized double room over looking communal gardens with an almost new double bed and wardrobe (we can take the wardrobe out if you have your own).

A little bit about us....I work full time in Central London as a research psychologist, and my boyfriend is a mature student at LSE studying economics. We are easy going and like outdoorsy things. I love cooking and baking, so be prepared to be fed lots of cakes :-)! We like going out for dinner and spending time with friends.

We would like a female flatmate who works full time and is friendly and sociable, but also likes their own space.
