Large Double Room in a spacious & airy maisonette on the edge of St Albans, giving easy access to the A1M, M25 and M1 - also not too far from Welham Green Station, Park Street or St Albans railway connections. The room is furnished to a nice standard, including TV with basic sky channels and DVD player. The guest will share bathroom & kitchen with owner. Use of all kitchen facilities including washing machine, tumble dryer. Also happy for you to hook up to my broadband connection if required. Will provide clean linen on a weekly basis, together with fresh towels. There is on street parking outside the property, although not allocated. I also have a private garden that I am happy for you use.
