Wonderful location with scenic views and equestrian facilities including arena and stables if you have a horse ( extra charge for the horse).

20 mins from Cambridge, 10 mins from Royston with good train links to London. Parking on site. Great local village pub 5 mins walk down the road that offers excellent food and takeaways.
