The furnishings include a king size bed , mirrored side tables, Art Deco style mirrored dressing table, a leather sofa and a large fitted mirrored wardrobe .There is a wall mounted Flat TV in the room. The rent includes full fibre broadband. The kitchen/diner is downstairs and the cooking facilities include a modern electric double fan oven, two full sized ceramic hobs, a microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, and a mini oven.
The lodger will be provided with personal cupboard space and will be allocated shelves in the fridge and freezer. The washing machine and dishwasher are available for use. Please note that

Elsenham railway station is only 5 minutes walk from the house. Trains go regularly to London and Cambridge. There are limited local bus services that sometimes go to the airport and nearby towns and villages. The village has a Tesco Express, pub and food takeaway shops. There is also a doctors surgery, post office and hairdresser .
