Separate entrance to porch with hanging space, washing machine and shower/toilet room.
You will be separate from the rest of the house but you are attached by a locked door which gives total privacy plus security as we are around a lot. It is very secluded here but is only 10 minutes from Hemel or Chesham. If you want peace, a village pub, privacy, walks and cycling its perfect. It will not suit you if you want to party. Willing to negotiate rent for 5 days a week or short lets.
Our present lodger has given a month's notice but is able to move out immediately if necessary. We are happy to refund cost of referencing(by Spareroom. co. uk) if references are approved. Also accept employer references.
Separate charge for electricity. No other bills.
