Looking for friendly flat mate !!

looking for a room ? I need a flat mate and I live in quite a big spacious flat in parkstreet in St. Albans and my flat is 5 min walk to train station the abbey flyer and also have parking wifi / phone line tv xbox (yay) I am 21 working professional and have a rabbit as a pet

The room is spacious has tv port no tv included furniture draws and double bed with underbed storage

The bathroom will be shared and is spacious

The flat itself and neighbours are very quiet and keep to themselves

I do have a rabbit but you won't really notice him

Living room has tv / Netflix on demand talk talk box their is xbox

I do have a son who does visit on weekends so no smoking on weekends but it's okey to smoke on weekdays

I will need references

All bills are included unless extras are bought on the TV

Ideally I would prefer someone who works full time and someone I can get along with
