Double room in lovely, homely house

Hi there,

I'm looking for a lodger/flatmate to join me in my lovely house. I'd really like to find someone who's friendly, sociable and upbeat.

Want to find someone like minded and of a similar age to live along side. Being independent is important but equally having good company at the end of the working day would be great.

I'm by no means a clean freak but do want somebody who's willing (as a team) to keep the place clean & tidy.

The room available has a nice light & airy feel. Furnished with a wooden white painted double bed, 3 door wardrobe with mirror, a chest of drawers & cream carpet. Its a good size double room.
I'm in an end terrace, 2 up 2 down in a quiet street with lovely neighbours, no through road The street is very close to the New river and river Lea and only a 20 minute walk to Ware town/station.

Must like dogs :-) I share a dog with my parents. Dog comes to me every weekend.
