looking for a quiet full-time professional to rent a double furnished room for up to 6 months. room consists of wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside units. TV with free-view. You are welcome to decorate to your taste if required. I am willing to negotiate terms i. e. will consider 7 day rentals and week days only.
You will have your own cupboards in kitchen and bathroom - use of all amenities - dishwasher, washing machine etc. bathroom has shower and bath. the flat is in a block of 4 with a security door. i have plenty of storage in rear outhouse and small garden at rear with washing line.
The village is 3. 5 miles from Luton airport and Hitchin town. It has a few pubs/restaurants and a shop. Arriva buses in and out twice hourly.
