The room is on the top floor of a six bedroom house. It is very spacious and comes furnished with a wardrobe, large and small chest of drawers, and a desk with a chair. There is also a very useful storage cupboard.

The house is in the popular Salisbury Village area of Hatfield. It is less than a ten minute walk to the De Havilland campus and within fifteen minutes of the business park. There is a regular bus service which goes to the town centre and the train station.

There is also off-street parking, Sky tv and Sky broadband.
