1 large single bedroom to rent near college lane

We have one large modern bedroom in our four bedroom house available to rent for September 2014. The house is fully furnished, there is an upstairs bathroom and downstairs separate toilet, the kitchen is modernised and clean. We have a cosy dining room leading into the garden which is big and lovely for the summer. We are friendly, easy-going and clean/ tidy people and are looking for a female student who is similar. The house is in a very good location very close to college lane campus and also close to co-op and the galleria. We have been living here for the past year and like it very much. Bills are excluded but come up to a cheap price. We are very welcoming students and look forward to meeting you.
