Couple with Double Room to Let

Furnished Double Room to let in large 4 bedroom family home September to December 2014. We are a family who lead a fairly quiet life, Our first son has decided to work away from home until December 2014 and 2 other sons are in university and come home only during the holidays so we have a room to let during school term time.

Amenities include fully furnished room wardrobe, desk, double sliding wardrobes, washing machine, tumble dryer, downstairs toilet, access to garden and garage storage facilities. All bills included and some room for negotiating rent.

We will welcome a student who wants to have the experience of a home away from home, and would like to return term time in January 2015 or non students looking out for short term accommodation in the Hatfield area.

I would like to add that there is room for negotiating more than 4 months if tenant does not mind when the other 2 boys come home for 1/2 weeks during the Uni holiday. They are all very polite easy going quiet young boys early 20s . You will not even notice that they are at home!
