Rooms available in 6 bedroom house in Hatfield

Hi

I have 4 rooms left in a 6 bedroom house near Asda, available for rent from July onwards. It has just been refurbished and is very clean inside, with new furniture and fittings in each room.

On the ground floor the house has a living room with two sofas, and a large kitchen/diner, which opens up to the back garden/patio. There is also a shower and a toilet.

There are 4 bedrooms on the left altogether, two are taken. On the first floor there is a single and a double room.

On the second floor there is also a single and a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a toilet and a bath/shower.

The photos don't really do it justice, I have upgraded some of the rooms for the current tenants including putting in double beds in the larger rooms and adding some dining furniture.
