Room going in lovely 4 bedroom house

I am looking for someone to replace me in a four bedroom house down Dragon Rd near the De Hav uni campus from the beginning of May 2015 to September 2015. However if you want to move in sooner it is possible. I have lived here since September 2014 but I am going home in May for the summer. It is a student house but it used to be a family home so its In very good condition. There are 4 bedrooms, the house is fully furnished, there is a conservatory and garden, a spacious living room and kitchen diner, one bathroom shared between three of the rooms and a separate toilet downstairs. The room I am advertising is a single room on the top floor of the house. The rent is £430 a month excluding bills. The bills are usually £35 a month. The house is nothing like a student house in appearance it is still like a family home because it is modern with cream carpets and laminate flooring.

The person i am looking for is ideally a uni student in their first or second year however full-time workers are okay as well. I live with one girl and two boys and everyone gets on.
