Hi, I am looking for a student to fill 1 room in a 4 bedroom house. The contract would be from NOW until September 3rd 2015. The house is a 10 minute walk from College Lane. Rent is £325pm each. Deposit is £325. It's a bright, spacious, clean house with a big living room, garden and off-road driveway. There is virgin media fibre optic (£6. 63pm each). The landlord is really hands on and looks after the house very well. Me and my girlfriend are only moving out because of a change in circumstances that mean we need to move back home. You would be sharing with 2 males and 1 female, a first year, second year and masters student who are really friendly people. Required: 3 months' rent plus deposit upfront: total of £1300.
