Double Room Available Mon-Fri To A Professional

I have a very nice big spare bedroom to rent out to a professional, 5 days a week only to someone clean, respectful of the property and neighbours. S/he must have a home to go to at weekends. I live in a quiet close. I teach languages (French and Spanish) mainly in companies and sometimes at home. The bathroom, kitchen and living room (the living room when not used for teaching) are shared areas. There are 2 toilets and a small garden. Parking is on the road, first come, first served basis by there are cheap council garages nearby to be let if the tenant wishes to do so.
