I live in Hemel Hempstead in a 3 bedroom house, and looking for 1 other person to share the house with.

The double room available comes furnished with an Ikea double bed, wardrobe and units, it also has Sky TV and would suit a working professional. The room is spacious, newly decorated and has plenty of storage room.

There is a shared family bathroom with power shower, and bath outside the rooms, with toilets both downstairs and upstairs.

You will have full use of the house including a shared fully equipped Kitchen with combined washer/dryer, and all other appliances.

The front room also with dining area is shared, and has sky TV, dining table and chairs, with patio doors leading out to the terrace.

There is plenty of storage room available in the house, and street parking is available at the rear of the property at all times.

The house is a 10-15 minute drive away from the M1, M25, A41 and A414 links, and for non drivers a bus that takes you to Hemel Town is only a 5 minute walk away.

Situated within walking distance to Hemel Old Town and Gadebridge Park makes it's location very good for any keep fit enthusiasts, or spending time outside.

The room is available from Sunday 21st January 2018, inclusive of all bills, including Broadband/WIFI throughout the house.

I work full time Mon-Fri in West London, and leave the house around 5am, I also run a part time business so will be out the house most days, and some evenings.

I am looking for a sociable house guest who has a good sense of humour, easy to get on with, must also be clean and tidy.

This can be a long term let if required, or short term lets considered.

My house is your house so you are welcome to spend time around the house at anytime, or just chill in your room if that's preferred.
