Room let/Flat share

Hi, I have a nice fully furnished double room to let. I've had a few different flat mates throughout the years male and female and we have always become good friends.

I've advertised the room as a flat share as it's not just the room as it is in many other cases. You will be sharing the flat with me and I am a 31 year old male. I work different shifts as I am an RAC patrolman. My girlfriend lives in Cardiff so I sometimes spend my days off away so I will need somebody trustworthy.

There is sky TV and broadband. The flat is a non smoking flat near Hemel Hempstead industrial estate. There is no initial deposit required just your first months rent in advance. I'm looking for somebody who works or is in full time education as I do not except DSS. Please feel free to contact me and come and view the flat as the room is bigger than it looks in the picture.

My current flat mate moves out on 1st December but can move a little earlier if required.
