The flat is a 2 bedroom flat and I'm looking for a tenant for the second room which is currently partly furnished with a double bed but will be fully furnished when the tenant moves in. I can have new furniture fitted before the new tenant moves in, but thought I would check what the individual would prefer as far as wardrobe/ storage goes. Happy to let the tenant help pick some furniture out as long as it's reasonable for the room.

the rent is £275 per month. Bills are £163 per month, includes Council Tax, Gas/ Electric, Water, TV Licence, Fast Broadband.

The flat has a large lounge/ Diner area, fully furnished with Sofas, coffee table, Dining table and chairs, TV, phone and fast broadband.

The kitchen has a brand new oven and stylish ceramic hob with plenty of storage. I have my own pots and pans, cutlery and utensils, glasses crockery etc that the new tenant can use, but there's plenty of space if you'd prefer to bring your own things.

There is one bathroom that has a bath/ shower and toilet. There's a cabinet and storage under the sink in the bathroom.

There's a modern washer/ dryer tucked away neatly in a large cupboard.

There isn't a designated parking spot, but there is plenty of parking on the street and a quite often parking is available in a more secluded area near the garages.

A bit about me... I'm a 28 year old Professional working in St. Albans so I'm home most evenings. My girlfriend is studying at University, so she is often here at the weekend, but is very rarely here during the week. I'm a friendly easy going person and if you'd consider yourself to be the same then I'm sure you'd be a perfect tenant!
