House Share All Bills Incl.

Housemate MUST be clean, tidy and respectful of other peoples’ belongings.

Viewing a must! A very large double room in an End Terrance house located in a quiet cul-de-sac. House is walking distance to Maylands industrial area and a few minutes drive to M1 motorway, Jarman Park and town. Bus stop right outside the house if required.

Access to washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, microwave, kettle toaster, broadband, own kitchen cupboard space etc. A brand new fridge freezer will be provided.

Rooms have wardrobe, desk and chair. Bedrooms have a lock and a set of keys will be provided. A very clean bathroom with bath/shower for the three housemates to share.

We have our own driveway for three cars and plenty of road parking. All bills included (£11. 25 more if you would like your own multi-room SKY box in your bedroom). TV points for Freeview offered anyhow, if you do not want to have SKY TV in your bedroom.

Weekday lodgings also welcome (Monday to Friday – and can return to house from Sunday evening). For weekday lodgers, we understand that making your return Monday to the house is not practicable. You may want to return Sunday to settle, before returning to work on the Monday. This is an option we are offering.

Access to all rooms and garden apart from downstairs shower room and obviously one another’s bedrooms.

Other information:
The entrance hallway leads to a very spacious open plan living room. The living room area has been furnished with new leather sofas and recliners. (There is a projector with game consoles in the living room which are out of bounds, but if we are using it then you are very welcome to come and watch/join in).

The kitchen is an open plan kitchen with diner. It has a brand new elm dining room table with benches and chairs.

All furnishings and electrical goods in the house have been bought new, as we have just moved in as well. The only things we ask is that you would need to provide own utensils and plates etc.

If you do not drive, then there are bus links to all parts of town and surrounding areas at end of the road.

Local shops and two big supermarkets are walking distance from the house. Gyms are located in Maylands and town. Jarman Park is a 5 minute drive a way for leisure activities.
