Double Room in friendly house, everything included

Current house hold are all professional, sociable & laid back who enjoy food, travel, films and fitness (and the odd beer...)

All bills included; gas, water, electric, high speed broadband (which is UNLIMITED), Netflix, cable TV ETC.

Also all sundries -washing powder, washing up liquid and loo roll - are included!!!

The house is very spacious with a separate utility room with a communal dryer & washing machine.

The kitchen is large, which hosts a large dining table and communal dishwasher as well as the usual cooking apparatus (hob & oven)and fridge freezer. We also have a deep freeze in the garage which is available to use.

The lounge has a communal TV and a rather big comfy corner sofa, which also has a pull out bed for any guests that may stay over ( they may just choose to use the sofa instead)

We have 2 toilets - 1 in the bathroom on the top floor and 1 in the shower room bottom floor - so no queuing!

We have a weekly cleaner for all communal areas, and the garden is taken care of - we are all quite tidy and wish for any future housemate to be also.

We are ideally located with great links to M1/M25, 5 min walk to Jarman Park which has a Tesco supermarket and several chain restaurants (Nandos!)plus cinema, and a 2-min drive/20 min walk to the town centre. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac so parking is easy.

Preferably No shift workers/nights. We do not have a cat flap so a CAT would not suitable
