The house has an upstairs bathroom and downstairs shower room, both with toilets. There is a large kitchen with 2 fridges and 2 freezers and a small dinning area. There is a shared living room with 2 sofas. There is also a garden with a patio area and a concrete shed at the bottom.
The current housemate is extremely friendly and easy to get on with. There are 2 cats who are both very friendly too.
The rent includes gas, electric, water and council tax. There is a Virgin Media Tivo box which will be an additional £15.
Its a nice area, a quiet cul de sac, just a short 5 min walk to Leverstock Green where there is a Spa shop, 2 pubs, a cricket club and some other shops. There is also a Mace shop right at the end of the road.
