I'm looking for a new house mate to rent my huge double room whilst I am away travelling. The room is the master bedroom and almost 3 times the size of the single room which is rented for £400 per month and almost double the size of the other double bedroom which is rented for £450 per month!

About the house:

ALL BILLS INCLUDED!!!

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 double and 1 single. There is 1 bathroom, a living room, kitchen, large conservatory (could be made into a second living room) and a fairly decent sized garden - big enough for small BBQ gatherings when the weather is warm.

Broadband unlimited internet from Sky which is available for everyone in the house to use. We also have a 42" Flatscreen TV for the living room which has Freeview and regular TV on it. There is a TV cable in the double room for rent as well as the living room.

I have just bought a brand new fridge freezer and washing machine. There is an electric hob with 4 spaces for frying/boiling pans and an oven with 2 separate compartments - 1 also with a grill. Electric grill, toaster, kettle, blender and the house is fully equipped with everything you would need from bedding, furniture, kitchen accessories and more.

Neighbours seem pleasant, they are really quiet and tend to be older couples! I am enjoying living here so far - just need a new house mate to fill the room that has become available.

About Housemates:

1 long term English guy in his late 20's, very quiet and has never had any guests or friends come to the house for over a year. Keeps himself to himself.

The other guy is of Pakistani descent, early 30's and is only here 3 or 4 days per week but is about to move out to a home with his wife and children elsewhere.

About You:

I am looking for someone who has a steady job/ professional who will be a responsible house member and treat it as if it were their own house and at the same time an easy to get along with person. Clean and hygienic would obviously be essential.

Location:

Located on Edmunds Road, Hertford - 5 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop, 10 minutes walk to Hertford North train station with direct access to central London.

Located on a really quiet road and 5 minutes walk to the local shops.
