2 month only double room ensuite Hertford 1st Aug

Still available we have a fully-furnished double room with ensuite, available for 2 months, from 1st August 2015 - Wednesday 30th September 2015. Broadband is available and minimal use of the kitchen is offered. (The kitchen is open plan with our living space so we work around each other and the children's routines).

There is a floor dividing the room on offer and our bedrooms so the children won't be a disturbance at nighttime.

There is a mini patio area outside the room, with a table and chair for early morning coffee! Access to the room is via the garage allowing for independence. There is no parking but there is a car park behind the house or spaces up for grabs in nearby streets.

The house is within easy walking distance of town and both Hertford North and East stations can be reached in under 15 minutes walking. Sainsbury's is minutes away as is Hartham Gym and Hartham Common.

We are a family and this is a lodger set up to suit an independent person, who just needs a base for a short amount of time. Members of the family include 2 young children of 4 and 1 year old so a liking of children would help!

Price is àƒÃƒÂƒÃ‚‚ ‚ÃÂà ‚Â‚ÃƒÂƒÃ‚Â‚ÃƒÂ‚ £450 for the month to be paid in advance. Deposit of àƒÃƒÂƒÃ‚‚ ‚ÃÂà ‚Â‚ÃƒÂƒÃ‚Â‚ÃƒÂ‚ £100 is required (returned once you leave) to be paid with the rent when you agree to take the room.

We will consider Mon-Fri lets for àƒÃƒÂƒÃ‚‚ ‚ÃÂà ‚Â‚ÃƒÂƒÃ‚Â‚ÃƒÂ‚ £400 for the month. Couples £600 per month.
