Bright double room in Hertford

I'm moving to West London in January which sadly means that I have to leave my lovely flatmate and our beautiful flat behind.

The room that I am leaving behind is a spacious double room with a large window that I have furnished myself. As I am moving to a furnished flat I'll be happy to sell you all necessary furniture from the room for a discount price. I've currently got a single bed in the room as I dind't have a need for a double, but if you prefer to get a double bed there is plenty of space!

The rest of the flat was originally unfurnished as well but we have furnished it ourselves and I'm happy to leave it as it is. The flat consists of the two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower/bathtub an open space dining room/lounge, as well as a downstairs entrance with storage.

I have an awesome flatmate who works shifts so she's not always home in the evenings but it's lovely to catch up with her when she is. She's very tidy and keeps the flat beautiful as she's quite into interior design.

The flat has recently been done up so the kitchen is very modern and each of the radiators have timing systems meaning that you can set diffeernt temperatures for each room for different times of the day of the week, making it nice and cozy while efficient.

The room will be available from the 21st of January or possibly earlier if there is a need. The flat is located within a 3 min walk from Hertford East train station and even closer to a large Tesco. There is on-street parking that is free after 6 pm until 8 am and on Sundays, but parking permits are also relatively cheap. There is also a free parking area ~5 min walk away.
