So a little about the house:
3 floors
4 Bedrooms
2 Bathrooms - one with a shower and one with a bath. Lon top of that one room has an ensuite and we have 3 toilets.
Big Kitchen with dining table, and extra fridge and freezer in the garage.
Good sized Loungeroom
Nice back garden for BBQ'ing.

Broadband/Wifi, Sky TV, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Gas BBQ and we pretty much have everything for the kitchen as well. Also a working electric fireplace for Winter.

It is about 5 mins walk to Hertford East or 20 mins to Hertford North. We also have parking permits for the house.

About the Cost:
£600 a month for Rent and bills (Council Tax, Gas, Electricity, Water, Broadband, Sky, Tv License, And Cleaner).

One Off fee of £75+VAT to get yourself on the lease and run the credit check - This is paid to the letting agent.

About us:
4 working professionals, two guys, two girls.
On the weekend we like to socialise with interesting people... if we can't find any of those we hang out with each other... Sometimes we even venture in to the city, if the mood is right.

We are lively, easy going (I know everyone says that about themselves), love going out but also chilling out. While we do like our privacy (like showering or changing) we really enjoy hanging out with the rest of the house. We do not sit in our rooms everyday and we wouldn't want someone who would want to do this. We want a place that we can call home...

We believe that our house provides the right mix of both a friendly environment and privacy.

We are all "working professionals", have stable jobs so rent and bills are never an issue for us, and we would hope that you would be the same. We all do our share of cleaning however we do have a cleaner that comes once a week for 3 hours.

We have many personal references but the one's from our Mum's are the best....
