This house a terraced house 0. 7 mile (14 minute walk) to the town centre so is convenient for both shopping and the train station. There is a large back garden laid to lawn and lots of parking at front of house.

This large double room has a laminate wooden floor, double bed and shelves with clothes rail. The whole house is double glazed with a super efficient brand gas boiler.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave etc. .

The rent includes council tax, water 350MB broadband. Gas and electricity are shared and work out roughly around £40 per month.
