Hertford, Friendly, Sociable House

The house is a short walk to the town centre (0. 7miles).
The room has a wooden laminated floor and is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and two long wall shelves with clothes rail.
The kitchen is fully furnished with washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave etc. There is a large back garden with patio for BBQs. There is a front garden and lots of on-road parking.

The rent includes council tax, water rates and broad band internet. Gas and electricity bills are shared and work out around £30-£40 depending on usage. The contract is very flexible with just one month’s notice if you need to leave and no notice at all if you want to swap to one of my other houses or flats. You will be dealing directly with me, the landlord so there will be no nightmares with useless agencies or rip off extra fees. I am quick to respond to your needs and return deposits promptly.
