The house, (NO SMOKING) is on the development known as Fairfield Park, a prestigious and award winning development.

There is a bus service from the end of the road into Hitchin and Letchworth, (the two nearest towns.

There is easy and quick access to J10 of the A1 which is a five minute drive from the house for access to the North, and southwards, to Welwyn, Hatfield, Stevenage. The M25 is 20 minutes drive.

Rail links in to London are approx. 7 minutes for Letchworth Railway Station and approximately 10 mins to Hitchin. Journey time to London is between (25 minutes and 40 minutes to Kings Cross/St. Pancras.

The accommodation will be of interest to anyone house hunting or on a short term stay for a working visit. The rent is £30 per night.

Guest have access to the kitchen for the preparation of meals, and can relax in the sitting room or in the garden on fine days. The house is well appointed and elegantly furnished, with a good range of china, glass, cutlery and cookware as well as allocated space in cupboards and fridge freezer

Fees are payable in advance, per week.
