Hello!

I’m the current tenant of this spacious flat, looking for a housemate(s) for the next 6 months - 1 year.
We are directly opposite St Mary’s Church with a balcony providing beautiful views of the surrounding area. The bedroom being advertised has a built-in wardrobe and comes furnished. The flat is a 1 minute walk from the town centre, and a 10 minute walk from Hitchin Train Station.
In the flat there is a shared bathroom, shared living room, shared kitchen, and spare bedroom. The house is not a HMO so if two people were to move in they would need to be related or in a relationship.

Extra bill costs would be split 50/50 with total transparency. These costs would be around;
- £50 each Gas and Electric
- £25 each WiFi (looking to change)
- Council Tax : Band B approx £55 each unless you have exemption.

About me:
I am a working, 23 year old male - I currently work as an Actor and a Waiter. I graduated University in Hitchin and now aim to continue to live here whilst I work pursue a career. It’d be great to find someone who has similar interests in Sports and Theatre to move in.
I am generally quiet and easy-going and ask very little from a flatmate other than to respect the space.
