Terraced House with Spacious Double room

3 bedroom terraced house in Stirling Close, Hitchin with a decent sized garden at the back and plenty of off-road parking space out front. The train station and town centre are only a 20 minute walk away.

The double room is currently available for rent, provided fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. The bathroom is shared with one other housemate (male) and will be getting an upgraded shower fitted within the next few months.

Also provided in the house are unlimited broadband, washer-dryer, two fridge-freezers and TV with a Sky box. We have a professional cleaner visit fortnightly to clean the shared areas. Rent is inclusive of cleaning services and bills; council tax, rates, water, electricity, gas, broadband & TV.

I am willing to consider short-term lets, but please note that for periods of less than 3 months the rent shall be charged on a weekly basis at £125 per week.

Currently living in the house are two guys, both friendly, clean, outgoing and willing to make new friends. My girlfriend also visits frequently and contributes towards the house cleaniless. We
have no preferences on whether we share with a guy or girl.
